Dr. C. L. Wayne Moore has over 20 years of corporate and university experience including management and leadership roles in Office Management, Sales Management, Auditing, and University Administration as an Extension Regional Director with responsibility for 18 offices and 84 faculty and staff.
Wayne also has significant experience as an Internal Communications Director and has facilitated numerous focus group studies and strategic planning processes. He has coached several managers and supervisors to help them sharpen their people skills and business function planning among other areas.
Dr. Rosita P. Moore has served for several years as an educator and has extensive experience in reviewing, structuring, and editing manuscripts, newsletters, and other professionally prepared documents.
Also, Rosita's research on credit card knowledge, attitudes and practices of college students will be invaluable in the area of providing personal financial management educational workshops for employees in your business. Anecdotal evidence shows that employees with the least financial concerns demonstrate the highest productivity levels.
